Cheese

i hope that one day I make my own cheese. i am not a cheese expert. And I have not eaten that many different types of cheeses.

Lets see what types of cheeses have I eaten: Mild cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, Monterey jack. I think I have eaten goat cheese. And a tiny round cheese that was in wax. I think it was wax. It was always fun to take it out of the wax. I cant remember the name of the cheese. I know i used to eat it a lot.

I might have eaten Swiss cheese. Other than those cheeses I can’t remember what type of cheeses I have eaten. I do like to eat cheese.
