Since I got my first desktop computer I have wanted to make my own programs. But, have not. Well this year is going to be different. I hope.
The other day I had claude.ai help me installed free pascal on my tablet. I already hat clang for c installed on my tablet and I hope to learn Aarch64 assembly. And I have pharo on desktop and also code blocks and FASM assembly language. I can also use python on the desktop.
I told claude what programs I want to make and had it help me bread them down into small pieces. I know I can have claude write the code but, I want t try to think of the code myself. I also hope to read code.
It dawned on me that I had thought that if I read enough programming books that one day I would be good enough to write my own programs. Now I realize it would have been better to get a programming project right away.
I don’t know why I thought I had to read a bunch of programming books and then one day I would be ready to write my own programs. It does not make sense.
it was the same way with blender. I thought I needed to follow a tutorial to make anything.
So now I realized I have got to get projects and work on them everyday. I hope to work on them everyday.
