programs having to do with honey bees and other bees. I looked up python and bees on github awhile ago and found some programs that had to do with bees And I was surprised.
I don’t know what program that I could make about bees for python. Maybe I could make a video game with a bee for the protagonist. I will think about it.
raise crickets. I have only raised vegetables but, never raised insects so I think it would be fun. Of course insects did eat the vegetables that were grown have insects but, I did not raise those insects on purpose.
I have read a book about crickets called cricket radio but, I have forgotten most of what I learned from that book. Cricket radio also talked about katydid’s. So I can’t wait to raised crickets.
Anything about Arduino this year. And I wanted to learn about Arduino this year. Or did I want to learn about Raspberry pi. Or did I want to learn about both. I have not learned about either.
I think it would be more fun to build hardware than programing software. So I hope I will learn how to build Arduino and Raspberry pi before this years is over.
i hope that one day I make my own cheese. i am not a cheese expert. And I have not eaten that many different types of cheeses.
Lets see what types of cheeses have I eaten: Mild cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, Monterey jack. I think I have eaten goat cheese. And a tiny round cheese that was in wax. I think it was wax. It was always fun to take it out of the wax. I cant remember the name of the cheese. I know i used to eat it a lot.
I might have eaten Swiss cheese. Other than those cheeses I can’t remember what type of cheeses I have eaten. I do like to eat cheese.
Is the name of the arcade game I want to make with pygame. i know I said I wanted to work on haunted house. I still do.
I want to make oatmeal breakfast the star of all my video games. I know at least that much.
i want to make save city like space invaders. Oatmeal breakfast shooting at asteroids threatening to destroy computer city. I could have the asteroids fall vertically instead of going horizontally and then vertically.
I want to make a flow chart for the game and make a design document. Or maybe I will start writing the game.
I want to use what I am learning about in program arcade games with python and pygame.
I want to use pyfiglet to make ascii art. I think I have made some ascii art but, I want to make more. I could use the art for my video games.
version of pygame. I was trying to to run a program and got an error that said super().__init__ takes 1 parameter got 0 parameters. It was some error like that. I thought what could go wrong. Oh, the program was from program arcade games with python and pygame.
So I tried putting in a parameter in the super and init functions. That did not work. So I searched pip install pygame and to my surprised I could install pygame with pip. So I installed a newer version of pygame and then I ran the program and it worked.
I had no idea that I could install pygame with pip. So I learned something new and got a new version of pygame to boot.
I thought I would have to live with the old version of pygame that only worked with python 2. That was not the case. Now all I need to do is start making video games. I wonder if that will happen?
I don’t know what I can make with it. For all I know I can’t make anything with it.
One thing I did with logo was move the turtle around a little. And I was surprised to learn that python had a turtle module.
I was glad that python had a turtle module. I don’t know why I was glad because I have no idea when I can make with it.
There must be something. I will figure out what I can make with the python turtle module. I hope.
wanted to learn more about 3d printing this year. So far I have read 3d printing for dummies. other than that I have not done much learning of 3d printing.
I was thinking about what would I want to design and 3d print. Maybe a drone, RC cars, I think 3d printing a house might be to ambitious. I don’t even know that I can design 3d parts for RC cars. Would I be good at it. Do I even want to do that?
Maybe I could 3d print a kite or yoyo or juggling balls, rings, or clubs. I am sure if I thought about it I could find something I would want to design and 3d print.
At least I have read a book about 3d printing this year. I still want to learn a lot more about 3d printing.
in learning astronomy this year. I have read astronomy for dummies. And I am sure I have said before on this blog that one day I hope to build a telescope.
I get excited thinking about staying up at night and watching stars. I have never done that. I never noticed the stars that much and wondered what I am looking at. Maybe I thought astronomy is to hard for me. maybe I thought it was something I could not learn.
I don’t know much about astronomy yet. But, as I said I do find it exciting to stay up at night and go look at stars. So exciting thinking about it.
