Recently I have been working on the 1941 columbia bicycle

in blender. I got blender 4.1 when it came out. So now I am working on the bicycle in blender 4.1. Wow, its been a long time since blender 2.42.

I have been working on the bicycle for awhile and I want to get it done so I can make more world war 2 military bicycles. So I can get better at making things in blender.

There are so many things I want to make. So I will try my best to make them.

One thing I think it would be neat to learn is morse code

I remember when I was younger we had some toy Walkie walkie that had a button that I could press to make morse code. I believe they even had a few examples of morse code.

I never did use them to learn morse code. I don’t even remember using the walkie talkies very muck.

I think it would be so cool to one day get a ham radio license and use morse code on a ham radio.

So I hope that I learn morse code.

I want to make a person in blender

I remember way back when I started using blender 2.42 I tried to make a human like model by following a tutorial. And I did not even get the face done.

So now I want to make a woman world war 2 military character and have her ride the military vehicles I want to make with blender.

I do enjoy using blender it just that I never seem to make much or get a project finished. I hope that changes.

Today I worked on the thing below the seat of the columbia

Military bicycle. I don’ know what its called. Its the metal thing below the seat that attaches the seat the to the bicycle frame.

I used the screw modifier for the first time to make the springs that are at the back of the seat. I could not get it to work then I was able to make the springs.

I will get the bicycle made eventually I hope. I am having fun using blender.

I only wish I were better using blender. I always thing I should be a blender pro by now.

Yesterday I worked on the seat of the Columbia Bicycle

I worked on the seat then realized the image of the top and the image of the side of seat were not facing the same directions so I deleted the work I had and started over.

I have ridden bicycle and exercise bikes but, never payed much attention to what a bicycle seat looks like until yesterday.

I had fun modeling the bicycle seat.

I want to keep modeling world war 2 military bicycles.

I also watched a tutorial on on modeling a toothpaste tube. Since I modeled a toothbrush I figure I will put the toothbrush with the toothpaste tube and have a scene.

Today I worked on the Columbia military bicycle

I worked on fenders, seat, frame. Before I started modeling I noticed that the bicycle I had for the left side and the bicycle I had for the right side reference images did not seem to be the same.

I don’t see how I missed that. I think they were both military g519 bicycles but, on one a frame part was straight and on the other image the frame part was more curved.

Also I had save the blend file as 641. I don’t know how I got that model number. Oh, well.

So at least I used blender today. And I had fun. I can’t wait to work in blender tomorrow.

The other day I learned there was cheese flavored ice cream

Maybe cheese flavored ice cream has been around for a long time but, its the first time I heard about it. And I don’t ever remember trying any ice cream that was cheese flavored.

I am not sure if I would like cheese flavored ice cream if I tried it. I suppose I do want to try try it someday if I ever see it in a store. Or perhaps I could make my own cheese flavored ice cream.

I am almost sure that Monterey jack is my favorite cheese flavor so I would make a Monterey jack flavored cheese. I wonder if it would taste good on a hamburger. Maybe not.

It took me awhile to decide what I want to make in blender

however I think modeling as much world war II stuff as I can is what I want to do. I am sure I have written that before that I want to model world 2 things. Well I am saying it again.

Since I like to learn about world war 2 why not draw and model world war 2 stuff in blender. I now have a direction. I am not aimlessly trying to make everything in blender but, making nothing.

I like to think of different things related to world war 2 that I can model in blender. So now all I need to do is start modeling them.

I was watching a video about 1980s candies

Well it was something like that. So that got me thinking about what candy I like when I was younger.

I know I ate kitkat, snickers bars, 3 musketeers bars, milky way bars, almond job bars, milk duds.

I believe I used to like the mild duds after I put them in the freezer. Oh, what is the other bar I liked. Charleston chew. The ones in the yellow wrapper and I believe I also liked strawberry.

And for sure I liked to eat Charleston chews after they had been in the freezer for awhile. How did my teeth hold up.

I liked gummy bears, and gummy worms. I liked gummy worms better than gummy bears.

I also ate jaw breakers, and lemon heads, and jolly ranchers, and reeses peanut butter cups, and Riesens, I liked Riesens a lot.

Then I also ate red vines. I ate a lot of those. There was also lifesavers.

But, one candy that sticks in my mind the most is fun dip. Its powdered candy in 3 pouches. And then I used a white bar which was in the shape of a Popsicle stick. I would dip the sick into the powdered candy.

I don’t know how often I got fun dip or when the last time I ate one was. But, I do remember eating fun dip and having fun.

So I would say fun dip, snickers, and almond joy were my favorite candies growing up. Almond joy because of the coconut. I love coconut.

That reminds me I also like tootsie rolls and rolo’s. Now those were two of my favorite candies.

Then there was starburst which were not my favorite. I preferred starburst original jelly beans. Once I started eating them I did not want to stop. So good.

I also ate skittles which I loved. I liked the original flavor and sour, and I could not stop eating tropical skittles.

There was also m&m’s. I liked the M&M with the peanuts. I love peanuts.

I also like Hershey bars. The Hershey bars with almost were the ones I like best.

Junior mints were also a favorite. Then there was hearts candy.

Maybe writing about candy that I have not tried would be a shorter list. I have eaten a lot of candy in my lifetime.

Certs now I liked those, and pez and tic tacs.

I don’t eat as much candy anymore. Which might be a good thing. Its amazing after wring this post that I ever ate anything other than candy when I was younger. Since now I realized I have eaten so much candy.

I am sure I am forgetting candies I have eaten.
