I don’t know if I would ever want to eat food that is that old. But, as I just said I find it amazing that a person can still eat a food that was made to be eaten during world war II.
I suppose its also amazing that there are still cans of food from back then that are still unopened.
Woo-hoo I finally finished a project in blender. This is supposed to be an M-1942 stainless steel canteen.
I used a cube to model the body. The body is not as smooth as I would like it. And I did not make the chain that attaches the top to the body.
I used a stainless steel color for the body and turned the metal up and the roughness down on the shader for the material.
I added a ground plane and make it redwood color.
I like getting projects made. Woo-hoo. I know the canteen could be a lot better.
Maybe I could have used a cylinder to model the body instead of a cube.
