Astronomy

As I mentioned yesterday astronomy is another subject I want to learn more about this year. Its a subject I don’t know much about. Later year I did reading a book about how planets, stars, and such things are formed.

It was a fascinating book. It made me want to build a telescope and gaze up at the stars at night.

I do recall looking through a telescope once for a short time But, other than that I have not spent much time looking up at stars. They have always been that but, I have not payed much attention to them.

That has to chance as far as I am concerned. I want to knows as much as I can remember about the universe. Starting this year.

I want to learn how to use a 3d printer

As no one knows and probably don’t care about is the fact that I want to learn about 3d printing, Astronomy, and build robots.

I thought about 3d printing an RC car the other day. i don’t know how hard it would be it sounds like something I want to do. I think building a 3d printer would also be an interesting experience.

I don’t know what I would want to build with a 3d printer other than an RC car. I am sure I could find other things to 3d print.

I need to build things with my hands. I can’t wait to build a 3d printer.

So you wanna make games?? Is a

what do I call it a series of tutorial that I found about about from a blender guru newsletter. Its by Riot games.

I thought great I have got to watch these. I watched up to about video 3 and have not watched further.

I figure if I watch the videos that I will be able to learn how to make a better video game. But, I can’t do that if I don’t watch the videos.

So this post is a reminder to myself to watch all the videos. I can’t wait to watch them.

RC cars, I have not driven one in years

It does not make any sense to me when I think about it. I had 2 RC cars for years and let them sit there and never drove them.

Back when I was younger I always enjoyed driving my RC cars around. I wish I would have thought about that.

Why did I spend my time inside listening to the radio, watching TV. I could have been outside having fun driving my RC car. I could have improved my driving skills. I suppose I never thought about what I liked.

There is nothing I can do about the past. But, in the future I hope to drive RC cars a lot more and get  a lot better at driving them. The thought of driving a RC car makes me excited.

I want to have a goal of my video game

to have one person play my game and like it. I could also stream myself playing my video games on twitch or Mixer. That is if I ever make a video game. Which has not happened yet.

Well at least I have not finished a game that I started working on. I can do it. Or if I can’t no one will notice.

I also want to make text based games staring OatmealBreakfast. I hope I finished making a video game. I can do it. Or maybe i can’t

I had a goal of modeling as many

cars with Blender as I could. I have not even finished one car model in blender. So I have fallen short of that goal. I don’t know why I want to model cars. I suppose I want to model cars because its fun.

Right now I am trying to model a semi-truck by following a semi-truck tutorial on youtube. I found the tutorial with a search engine. I have tried to get through all the videos at least 2 times but, have not finished the truck yet.

AT the beginning of last year i started a truck model. I got through some of the videos in the tutorial. Then I stopped working through the tutorial for awhile. And when I wanted to get back to it I could not find the semi-truck model.

So I started a new model and started from video one of the semi-truck tutorial several moths again. I am on video 10. I hope I will get thought all the videos this time. Modeling semi-trucks is fun.

Recently I did find the semi-truck model from last year. So I don’t know why I couldn’t find it this year when I wanted to. Ah, I needed to start over again. I didn’t remember how to model a semi-truck after all the time off. So not finding that model was for the best.

I want to put OatmealBreakfast

in all of my video games. I could make OatmealBreakfast a star. At least in my games. I could have OatmealBreakfast in football, baseball, hockey, rugby, cricket, soccer and other sports games.

So I like the idea of OatmealBreakfast in a basketball game set by a lighthouse next to the ocean. With 1 on 1 game play. Now all I need to do is make the graphics, music, and code for the game. I am sure that will not be easy. I will give it a try.

Thinking about the setting I want my

Basketball video game to be set in quit exciting. I thought urban, suburban, rural. Then I thought why not set it on an island with a lighthouse. I like that idea.

I am sure I can make the graphics for the basketball game. The coding I am not so sure about. Now all I need to do is start. Because if I don’t start I will have made nothing.

So far I have decided to make a 1 on 1 basketball game on an island with a lighthouse and the game will be staring OatmealBreakfast.

I may never get started making the game. I can try and if I never get it finished its not the end of the world.

When I read that

when you make a program the first thing you need to do is design the program. I thought I don’t need to do that. And I have not. I also have never written a program that people even myself use.

If I don’t know what I want my program to have than how can I code it. I don’t think I will ever be able to write my own computer program. But, how will I know if I don’t try.

There are a lot of things that I thought I could not do that I know do. And I want coding to be another thing that i thought I could not do to something I can do now.

I want to put my character OatmealBreakfast into my basketball video game. I want the game to be set in a playground.

When I played NBA live 2003 one of my favorite modes to play was 1 on 1 in a playground. So if I thought that was fun why not try and make a basketball video game that has a one on one game mode.

I am sure I could model the playground but, I am not sure I can make the game play. I will try.
