When I was younger I remember I liked grilled cheese sandwiches

I don’t remember the last time I had a grilled cheese sandwich. I was going to say cheese sandwich then as I was typing cheese sandwich I remembered grilled cheese sandwiches.

I liked my cheese sandwich with only cheddar cheese. There are lots of things that I could have put in my grilled cheese sandwiches but, I probably never thought of putting anything other than cheese.

Oh, that reminds me that I used to like Monetery jack cheese. I don’t remember the last time I have eaten Monterey jack cheese. Probably a year or two.

I don’t remember if I ever put Monterey jack cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich. If I didn’t I sure wish I had thought of it. I probably have not even thought of Monterey jack cheese in years.

I even forgot its my favorite cheese.

I will have to read a book on making different types of grilled cheese sandwiches.

Cheese

i hope that one day I make my own cheese. i am not a cheese expert. And I have not eaten that many different types of cheeses.

Lets see what types of cheeses have I eaten: Mild cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, Monterey jack. I think I have eaten goat cheese. And a tiny round cheese that was in wax. I think it was wax. It was always fun to take it out of the wax. I cant remember the name of the cheese. I know i used to eat it a lot.

I might have eaten Swiss cheese. Other than those cheeses I can’t remember what type of cheeses I have eaten. I do like to eat cheese.
