I am so excited to make a game with godot

I searched and there are tutorials on how to make a space invaders clone, pac-man clone, and pong clones. I think it would be fun to go through all those tutorials. And also design my own video games.

Yesterday I wanted to work on the space shooter tutorial I want to get through. I made a git repo and wanted to learn how to instead of cloning the repo and then moving the godot files on my computer to the repo I cloned I want to learn how to make my git hub repo on git hub a remote.

I could not do it. So I will have to learn how to use git better. But, I figure right now its better to get making games. I am sure I will be able to learn github better eventually.

Recently I finished Reading video game of the year

By Jason Minor Jordon Minor. And in the book he has a page about The Atari video game E.T. And not because it was a good game.

So It made me remember that I had E.T. for the Atari. I believe I got it as a birthday present. I have no idea why I did not get the receipt and return it to the store like everyone else probably did.

I do remember playing the game and falling into the caves or holes in the ground and spending a lot of time floating up and out.

Today I decided to look up gameplay walkthrough videos of the game and I was surprised that people had actually made them. And I was surprised that there were people out there how had beat the game. I never came close to completing the game.

And another thing that surprised me is that It only takes a few minutes to collect all the things you need to collect. Yeah it does not look like its much fun.

I finished my low poly blue whale

I started it probably months again and today I decided to get it finished. I have been wanting to get more projects made in blender. Since I have not gotten many or much of anything done in blender this year.

I know the lighting is not good and maybe the rest of the model is not good but, I only wanted to get something finished. And now I have. Hooray for me!!
