I think it would be so cool to go outside at night and have a telescope and spend time looking at stars. I need to do a lot of learning. I have no idea what stars are where.

Maybe I could even hunt for planets or discover things that no one else has discovered. Probably not but, it would be cool if I did.

I had a lot of years to look up at the sky but, I never did. And this year I want that to change. I hope to learn to use stellarium and read issues of astronomy magazine to help me learn about the night sky.

in learning astronomy this year. I have read astronomy for dummies. And I am sure I have said before on this blog that one day I hope to build a telescope.

I get excited thinking about staying up at night and watching stars. I have never done that. I never noticed the stars that much and wondered what I am looking at. Maybe I thought astronomy is to hard for me. maybe I thought it was something I could not learn.

I don’t know much about astronomy yet. But, as I said I do find it exciting to stay up at night and go look at stars. So exciting thinking about it.

Its so energizing to look up at the stars. The air is crisp. If I had lights on a radio control car I could drive it while taking breaks looking at stars. Maybe it wold be good put put red lights on the radio control car.

I have never spent a whole night star gazing. That is something I want to do. I wonder if I would fall asleep. I would be to excited to fall asleep.

Maybe I could go to be early so I got up early to star gaze. So that I would not have to spend all night looking at stars.

Its exciting to think about. Dad I say that already? Yes I did. Repeating myself again.

I am so excited to learn what stars I am looking up when I look up at the sky. The only thing I know for certain in the sky is the sun and the moon. I don’t know where any of the other stars or planets are.

I have not spent much time star gazing in my life. I want that to change. I want to know what stars I am looking at and I want to spend an hour a day star gazing. It might take me a little time to get those tings done.

another planet even if it were technically possible. For that matter I am positive I would panic if I took a spaceship into space.

I would feel trapped in a little ship and I would be in outer space so I could not go outside. And I enjoy going outside. And if something happened to the spaceship and I did not have my spacesuit on I would not live.

It does seem fun when thinking about living on another planet. And exploring that planet. Watching its sun set. Watching it sun rise. Living a whole year on the planet.

Living on another planet would make traveling all over earth seem tame. I don’t think I will ever live on another planet though.

As I mentioned yesterday astronomy is another subject I want to learn more about this year. Its a subject I don’t know much about. Later year I did reading a book about how planets, stars, and such things are formed.

It was a fascinating book. It made me want to build a telescope and gaze up at the stars at night.

I do recall looking through a telescope once for a short time But, other than that I have not spent much time looking up at stars. They have always been that but, I have not payed much attention to them.

That has to chance as far as I am concerned. I want to knows as much as I can remember about the universe. Starting this year.
