Recently I finished reading machine learning for dummies 2nd edition. I did not run any of the code in the book. It was the 2nd time I had read that edition of the book.
I have wanted to do machine learning for years and have nothing to show for it. And I want something to show for it. So hopefully I will start doing some machine learning.
Or maybe I won’t.
I used to make coffee cake, pumpkin pie, sugar cookies, pizza. Those things are probably all I made. Waid I used to cook Cornish hens. Those were good with lots of salt. Yummy. Or were the Ganish hens, maybe I even baked a cake or two.
I know I said in another post that I wanted to learn about what other people eat in the rest of the world. However there is so much to learn and cook books well some of them can be long. But, I think I can read a cook book all the way through even though I have never read one all the way through.
Oh, and I have wanted to build a solar oven. Now how fun would that be to be able to cook a meal without using electricity.
I don’t think I would ever want to cook using the engine of a car. Or maybe I would. I don’t know.
I have watched a few drone racing league events on television. And to me it looks impossible what they are doing flying drones around a course.
Sometimes drone racing league has tryouts or at least they did. And one day I think it would be cool to play there simulator and see if I am a good enough drone pilot to make it.
I have never flown a drone. I do hope to one day make and fly my own drone. I like learning about electronics.
I don’t know if I will ever try out for drone racing league but, I have always thought about it. It seems fun and a good challenge.

I already have a basketball court asset I made watching a skillshare video. So I have got one asset for a game. And I like that I made it myself even though I followed a tutorial video.
And for a car racing game I know I can make a low poly car for the cars to drive.
Gosh this is exciting. I wanted to make a video game since I got a computer. And I have made a few but, I had to follow a tutorial to make them.
I have no idea if I can make a video game on my own. But, I want to try.
I also wish I could start my own video game company along with an RC car company. How fun would that be. I am sure it would be hard.
I can dream can’t I.
Rad racer was one of my favorite video games on the NES. I don’t know how often I played it but, I played it a lot.
I may have even made it to the end of the game. I used the “A start” I suppose it was a cheat when I ran out of cars and I could continue playing. I can’t remember if I made it through the whole game.
And about 20 years ago I spent a lot of the day playing a Nascar video game with a wheel and breaks and gas. Which was fun except I believe I crashed a lot.
And I had Big Mutha truckers on my game cube. It was hard using the directional pad to keep the truck on the road.
So I also want to make a racing game with godot if godot can be used to make a racing game.
I like to play word wipe, and retro bowl so I think I would want to make a word wipe type game and a basketball video game. I know I like sports video games a lot since that is all I pretty much owned on the consoles I had.
So that is what I will try to make either a word game or a sports game with godot. I don’t know if I will ever get good enough with godot to make them so I will see.
But, that has not always been the case. I remember when I was young I listened to a transformers book on a cassette tape.
A few years ago I read a book about voice acting. And one of the things I could do as a voice actor was read about books. As I was reading about doing voice acting for audio books I thought I don’t have any interest in audio books. I will never listen to an audio book.
Then last year I listened to an audio book and liked it so I listened to more. I like listening to a book rather than reading it because I can look around when I am listening to a book or lay down and relax.
I am not stuck staring at a book for hours and hours. I can do other things.
I would rather listen to an audio book than watch TV or listen to the radio. I think I learn more from audio books. And to me learning is fun.
So I was wrong when I thought I would never want to listen to audio books. It turns out I like listening to them a lot.
And a little fiction. I like to learn how to do things. One thing I have not read a lot of is cookbooks. When I was younger I used to make sugar cookies out of a recipe I always read out of an old cookbook. But, I never read the cookbook.
Sure I probably have browsed through a cookbook but, never read one cover to cover. And I think that is something I want to do.
I want to learn about recipes from other countries. And cook some of them. It would be going around the world without having to leave home.
There is so much about food that I don’t know about other countries. For example what are the favorite foods in Cambodia or France. Or their favorite candies.
It would be an adventure just to learn about what other countries like to eat. So I hope I get around to reading cookbooks.
Godot from zero to proficiency foundations by Patrick Felicia and Blender 3d by example by Oscar Baechler.
I have read 2 books on blender before but, this will be my first book about Godot. I want to get better at both programs so hopefully the books will help me improve. I am not sure I will finish reading both books but, I will try.
Oh, both books are in ebook format which should be a lot easier than a paperback since I can use godot and blender while reading the books.
in this video. I don’t have to use gimp to cup out each side of the blueprint and then reside them. All I need to do is use the whole blueprint and set them up for the side, front, back, and top. Easy once I got the hang of it.
