I have never been good at putting together jigsaw puzzles. I have tried several times. I might have been able to put one jigsaw puzzle together.
I like jigsaw puzzles. Especially the physical jigsaw puzzles. They are quiet, don’t cost a lot of money and all I need is my hands to put them together.
I wonder what jig saw puzzle I could design. Maybe I could put my face on a jigsaw puzzle. Maybe I could start a jigsaw puzzle empire. Probably not.
problems. By the way I have not finished it. Anyway I enjoyed solving the problems. At first I would think there is no way I am going to solve this exercise. Then the next day I would have the answer to the problem.
I heard about project Euler maybe about a decade ago. I have not made my way through many of the problems on the website. I want to solve as many of the problems as I can. I doubt I will be able to sold many. I will try.
I found code chef using a search engine. I want to see how many problems I can get through on that website.
to design an build my own video game console, name it after myself, and have lots of people play video games on it. Unfortunately I don’t know the first thing about how to design or build electrons.
I am sure I could build a game console in blender or draw a game console but, getting it in the real world I doubt it. I can dream. And one day it could happen that I build my own video game console and name it after myself. It probably won’t happen though.
I should call this blog the ideas that I never start or the ideas that I have started on but, will never finish blog.
and pygame to program OatmealBreakfast basket ball. I want to get experience with python so why not use it to make a video game. So that means it will be a 2d game. I suppose I can make it work. I need to get code written and graphics made before I have a game. I need to get going.
my video game. If I did who read it anyway. I will call my basketball video game OatmealBreakfast basketball. I want to set the game in a playground scene with either a light house and ocean as the backdrop or a city as the backdrop.
It was fun thinking abut the graphics for OatmealBreakfast basketball. It was so fun that I did not bother making graphics for the game let alone write any code.
neat to design my own programming language and name it after myself. Of course I have not designed my own programming language. That is no surprise. For that matter I have not done much programming.
At least I know what I would call a program if I ever got around to designing a programming language. That has got to be 1% of the battle. Now all I need to do is the other 99%.
languages. And one thing I want to learn is SQL. I know there are different versions of SQL. Its a good thing that I don’t want to try them all. I think it wold be useful to learn SQL so I am going to try to learn it. I don’t know what I will use it for.
I know I can use it for games and machine learning.
Another hobby I want in my life is the skill to build electronics and robots. Using a computer is OK. I want to make things that move around in the world. I want to be able to make things that move.
I have read electronics for dummies and thought it was interesting but, I never built any of the projects. I want to see if I can build electronics that work. I want to build projects with Raspberry PI.
I remember awhile ago I got a kit that was maybe a robot kit. I only had to put together a few pieces. Even though I did not have to do much it was fun to put together a thing that would move. It was more like am RC car than a robot though.
It had 3 wheels that were attached to a circuit board. The kit also had a transmitter that had buttons to use to the the robot drive around. I never used the robot. I used it a few times that is all.
As I mentioned yesterday astronomy is another subject I want to learn more about this year. Its a subject I don’t know much about. Later year I did reading a book about how planets, stars, and such things are formed.
It was a fascinating book. It made me want to build a telescope and gaze up at the stars at night.
I do recall looking through a telescope once for a short time But, other than that I have not spent much time looking up at stars. They have always been that but, I have not payed much attention to them.
That has to chance as far as I am concerned. I want to knows as much as I can remember about the universe. Starting this year.
As no one knows and probably don’t care about is the fact that I want to learn about 3d printing, Astronomy, and build robots.
I thought about 3d printing an RC car the other day. i don’t know how hard it would be it sounds like something I want to do. I think building a 3d printer would also be an interesting experience.
I don’t know what I would want to build with a 3d printer other than an RC car. I am sure I could find other things to 3d print.
I need to build things with my hands. I can’t wait to build a 3d printer.
