Houston Vs. Detroit retro bowl highlights

Below is the text I put in the text to speech program for my video. Enjoy.

Houston Vs. Detroit. The difficulty of this video is hard. As you will see I threw one or two interceptions. I got sacked once or twice. I was able to make a touch down. I failed on the two point conversion. One cool thing is that towards the end of the video after I made the touch down and failed on the two point conversion I did recover the onside kick. It happened to me recently in another retro bowl game but, I was not recording that one so there is no video of it. And then I recover an onside kick in this game. How cool is that. I never though that I would have that happen to me in a video. Well its the new year and I am again making video game videos. I now know that it takes 426 words to fill up most of the video with words for a 2 minute and 20 second video. On this video I want to write about anything I want instead of talking about the plays in the game. Because well there is video of the plays. So I don’t need to talk about them. Do I? I hope people find the retro bowl highlight videos I am making more exciting then the Sudoku video’s I used to make. I can’t believe I spent that much time working on a video that no one would watch. I would record the video. Then I would write who knows how many words. Then I would render the video and upload it. And then no one would watch it. And I did not seen to notice or care. I hope these retro bowl videos do better. I am no jefe zhai but, maybe one day my retro bowl videos will be decent if I keep making them. Its sure more fun to edit videos than I thought it would be. Why not talk about myself. Last year I read over 70 books. I don’t think I want to do that this year. I thought maybe I could call my youtube channel bookwork gamer but, now I am not so sure. I don’t want to be a bookworm anymore. The reason I read so many books is that some of them were audio books. Listening to audio books is not that bad. Its had because if I daydreamed then I would have no idea what was going on in the book. And then sometimes have to rewind. In some ways reading text was easier. But, its not that fun because my I always have to look at the text. I need another hobby. Thank you for watching. I have you have a terrific day.

I have been using Godot

following the code your first game with godot video.

I was doing good for the first 35 minutes then I started running into errors. My first error was because I misspelled a variable name. Then the other error said that apread2d can’t inherit from node.

So I will try and see how to fix that error so that I can complete the game. There are so many things to remember. I don’t think I will ever be proficient using godot. But, with a lot of practice maybe I will get good. It does not seem like that I will ever get good at it. I will keep trying.

I am back making video game videos

I never thought I would be doing that this soon. But, I am. And its fun. I doubt anyone watches my videos. I like to edit the video, write the text and put that text into a text to speech program for the words in the video.

I am glad I found out about retro bowl from soft drink tv. When I first saw the game I thought how could anyone ever think a game with graphics like that would be a fun football game to play.

I do wish I could play defense in retro bowl. Because I think defense is one of the funniest parts of playing a football video game. Maybe they will add it someday.

When I first started playing retro bowl I did not like to run the ball but, now I find running fun. I like to go between the tackles and see if I can get a big run. And sometimes I do.

I don’t think I read the defense very well. I hope I improve. For me playing retro bowl is great fun.

Houston Vs. Detroit Retro Bowl Highlights

Houston Vs. Detroit highlights. Bellow is the text I wrote for the text to speech program.

Hello welcome to my retro bowl game Houston Verses Detroit. The game was on medium. My team kicks the ball off. And luckily my defense causes a fumble. My team takes possession. Waller makes a nice catch. I call on Waller again for a run and what a run it is. I make the extra point. Barely. And then my defense steps up again and forces a Detroit punt. Makes me glad I drafted a defensive back in the draft. Waller goes up the middle for a solid run. Then its Waller again for a nice run. He comes up a yard short of the first down. I did not throw an interception in this game. Then its Waller for the first down. No name makes a nice catch. I am uncomfortable passing the ball towards the bottom of the screen. I feel more comfortable throwing to the receiver at the top of the screen. Next its Waller with a nice grab over the middle. He is doing everything ladies and gentle men. I doink the extra point inside the uprights. And on Detroit’s next possession they have to punt. Isn’t that too bad. It makes me so sad. Not. I get sacked. Its Waller for the first down at midfield. No name with a good catch. Then I run the ball. Its the end of the half. I get the ball to start the 3rd quarter. Wall gets thrown back for a loss. Then its lamp for a huge game he is at the 50 the 40 the 30 the 20 he is going all the way. Oops he is stopped short. What a play by lamp. Amazing. Its one of my favorite plays of the game. Then its a running play for a solid gain. After that another short running play. Its fun to run the ball in retro bowl. Another short running play. I can’t believe I missed the short field goal. Ouch. Detroit gets the ball back. Anthony is not strong enough so I give up the my first touch down of the game. Extra point good. Detroit recovers an onside kick and fails. Isn’t that to bad. Waller for a nice run to ice the game. He lands out of bounds. Waller again for a run. Waller iced the game. On the last play of the game I get sacked. Then its game over. The great sunflower project

This is the year 2022 that I hope to plant sunflowers and participate in The great sunflower project. I have know about it for years.

In past years I have grown sunflowers where I know the genus and species of the sunflower but, I never participated in the project.

So this year I hope to cross participating in the sunflower project off the imaginary list of things I want to do.

Houston vs. Detroit Retro bowl game Highlights

Houston Vs. Detroit. This video has more words but, I did not write enough to cover the whole video.

Welcome to my retro bowl game Houston versus Detroit. I received the ball first. Its always nice to get the ball first so that I don’t give up a touchdown right away. Bolles has a nice little run. Buggs waits to long in the pocket for a sack. When I throw the ball in retro bowl I look at the receivers. I don’t pay attention to how close the linemen are to me. Then its Buggs to Seumala for a good game. What a catch. Why did I go for it on 4th down. Its a good thing I only gave up a field goal. What a catch by Jones Junior. And what a throw by buggs to get jones junior the ball. Amazing. The next play is buggs showing that he can not only throw the ball but, he can run also. Wheels. Then its buggs to bolles. The next play is buggs to jones Junior. Jones Junior is showing that he is an excellent receiver. The extra point is good. Detroit try’s one more play. Its the end of the first half. My defense forces a punt. That pep talk I gave them at half time seemed to work. Buggs bugged out by throwing an interception. But, all I give up is a field goal. Then its buggs to seumala for a big gain. Next play is jones junior. He is at the 20 the 10 the 5 touchdown. What a play. Jones junior makes the catch on the 2 point conversion. He is catching everything. Then my defense forces a punt. End of 3rd quarter. Only quarter to go. Buggs has again got the interception bug. My defense lifts buggs up by forcing a fumble. Then its jones junior. He is at the 30 the 20 the 20 the 5 and he dives into the end zone. Wow. I get stopped on the 2 point try. Detroit tries one last play. And this game is over.

I like to make new years resolutions

I don’t know when I first started making them. I don’t remember making new years resolutions when I was younger.

Maybe making new years resolutions started when I got a computer and made a resolution to make a program.

I don’t usually remember all the new years resolutions I make. I don’t write them down. Maybe this year I could write them down on a piece of paper somewhere and then look back at the end of the year and see which resolutions I kept.

Maybe I will try that.

In retro bowl I recovered an onside

kick but, I was not recording my game. To bad. But, at least now I know in retro bowl that sometimes I can recover an onside kick. I wish I was recording my game. Oh, well. You will have to take my word for it.

I was playing as Houston against Tennessee. Houston was 0-15 I think. I threw a lot of interceptions.

Maybe I should put retro bowl on extreme and record myself going for the interception record. Maybe someday.
